The Real-World Etiquette Experience (half-day)

After attending The Real-World Etiquette Experience, your associates will receive monthly small-group coaching via telephone for 90 days. This more intimate setting will focus on helping your associates integrate, apply and develop their new skills. We'll even throw in one hour per month of one-on-one coaching for you, the manager, to address your needs and challenges. After all, you deserve to grow in your job too.
